Justin Roethlingshoefer

Justin Roethlingshoefer is the Founder of OWN IT and a leader in applied performance science, functional health, and human optimization. From age 13, he lived by the principle his father taught him — “Talent will get you noticed, but consistency will get you paid” — a philosophy that still drives the OWN IT methodology today.

For over 20 years, Justin has coached Stanley Cup Champions, NHL MVPs, Super Bowl Champions, Olympic medalists, Fortune 500 teams, and 8–10 figure founders. With a master’s degree in Sport Performance and Human Biology and postgraduate work in functional medicine, he has built a
career at the intersection of proactive medicine, high-performance coaching, and whole-person health.

Before founding OWN IT, Justin served as a Performance Director in the NHL and NCAA and built a private training camp for professional hockey players, where he developed the inside-out transformation model that now guides high performers around the world.
